Not true. There is no way to move data from my phone to my installed SD card, at least that I can find. I want to reset my phone to see if that would solve some problems but I will lose my Text Messages if I do that and there is NO way to copy them first that I can find.

AND I can't upgrade to Windows I've tried putting it in Airplane mode and running the Upgrade Advisor. No luck. Windows 10 is not available on my LTE. Facebook down; websites crashing; poor app availability.
