I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue. The network adapters completely break and I lose complete access to any network. Additionally, the computer hangs up de reboot or shut down stuck on the "Windows is shutting down" screenand dne update setup windows 10 the computer will NOT BOOT anymore.

Not quite, but there are similar bugs and problems. Cisco AnyConnect and Shrewsoft installed for me, but I couldn't get Shrewsoft to work properly and Cisco AnyConnect was extremely buggy in multiple areas. I might try the latest build just out yesterday to see if this has resolved the issue or not.
For me it has meant going back to Windows 8. I was running tech preview on my primary work device. A further update to my previous port this morning. Segup are using VPN client version 5. I have just tried this again this morning to install the VPN client on a Hyper-V virtual machine of the same build and the machine boots fine after installing the VPN client. I can replicate the same black screen issue on a Lenovo X laptop. IMHO, this would point to a driver incompatibility.
